Pop cans, who knew?

"It's just ten cents, what's the big deal?" That's what I thought when we first started this story. Dig a little deeper and you'll find that it's a big scam with big money. At the top of this complex scam, the big players are making millions. Correction, "were making millions." Below is the story I did yesterday that has our exclusive video. Special thanks to TPD Sgt.
